Win rate, deal size and sales cycle calculator
How often you win, what a typical win is worth, and how long deals take to close. It opens on a worked example — change any number. Nothing you enter is saved.
Win rate
30%
- Average deal size
- $15,000
- Average sales cycle
- 60 days
The formula
- Win rate = (deals won ÷ deals closed, won or lost) × 100
- Average deal size = revenue from won deals ÷ number of won deals
- Average sales cycle = total days to close for won deals ÷ number of won deals
How to read it
Decide whether “no decision” outcomes count as losses and keep that rule fixed, or your win rate will drift for reasons that have nothing to do with selling.
