OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) calculator
Availability × performance × quality for a machine or production line. It opens on a worked example — change any number. Nothing you enter is saved.

- Availability
- 90%
- Performance
- 92.6%
- Quality

The formula
- Availability = run time ÷ planned production time
- Performance = (ideal cycle time × total units) ÷ run time
- Quality = good units ÷ total units
- OEE = availability × performance × quality
How to read it
OEE shows how much of the planned time produced good units at full speed. Track the three factors separately — they point to different fixes. Published “world-class” targets are claims, not universal goals.
